I have recently sold a Jeremy Lin card on ebay, so everything went well, I got his money, he got his card, we left each other positive feedback. Then out of nowhere, he sent me a message asking if he can get a refund, I asked him why? he said it's because he saw the same card being sold for a third of the price he paid...
I am not a bad person but I think I would be stupid to refund his money. I hope eBay won't allow this kind of behaviour. I mean he had an entire month to play with the card, then now he decides he has overpaid, and don't want it anymore.
What I fear is that he decides to rip a corner off the card or sent an empty package back, then file for a claim... that would SUCK big time...
You would not believe some of the retarded people out there. This is one of my favs "I bought these potatoes a month ago and they are green", had no idea how to tell them they were retarded.

Buyers remorse at it's best! He was the silly person that paid what he paid for it, thats not your fault, no one forced him to buy it... No one held a gun to his head... I would just politely reply with a "No, you bought the card, you paid the money and left positive feedback so the deal is done. It is not my problem you have buyers remorse"
It's the way the hobby goes!! I have actually expected a lot more of these stories to appear!

It's like some idiot that I could name who bought a lot of the Channel 9 cricket stuff and now sees it advertised on Ebay for a 3rd or less of the price he paid for it! We all regret at least one (or more) impulse buy, but it is what it is - they buyers decision to pay the amount on offer at the time.
Just think of the 1st deal as a done deal. - end-
If he thinks he could of bought it cheaper, he should of thought about it before buying,
Its a win win situation from there.
Pretty sure the same thing happened with a Blake Griffin Next Day auto... and the buyer ended up winning. This guy's obviously a clown, and should get NOTHING, but I hope for your sake ebay aren't their usual stupid selves...
I think he is just giving it a shot... he has been polite so far. I definitely take no responsibility on a card that was sold for market value at that time, I could have got even more if I sold it earlier but I did not complain.
classic case of linsanity settling down! like anything you cash in when the going is hot...the silly douche should have the sense to realise this and is hoping you will be soft enough to bend...what a moron!!!!
