What's up with this card, why so valuable??

PMGs are considered one of the best cards ever due to the technology and the rarity. A BGS 9.5 is ridiculously hard to get as these were very condition sensitive.

I do believe there was some talk about this particular card having been trimmed to tidy up the edges. No idea if that is the case or not.
