What's this odd PSA slabbing?

Is that wierd ripple effect from the PSA casing or is it something the seller has placed the PSA slab inside?

That's actually normal for these larger types of PSA/DNA holders, I have a larger one myself and it looks exactly the same.

You will find that only the larger types will do this and the items inside including the PSA label tend to move around with a little freedom also.
