Why would they not accept direct paypal payments, but would accept them through xoom.com?

What is xoom.com?

Sounds too good to be true. Especially the (2) feedback.

that said, i saw a seller exactly the same called powhazii or something, avoided him cuz of the xoom thing, then a few months later he has good feedback and accepts paypal, i bought from him and the card arrived fine!
