Whats the story behind these?

Looks strange as the pic of the boozer has white where the patchs should be, but in the pic of the uncut sheet, they are all black in the cut out area.

That was my first thought.......

Idiot, either that or just doesnt give a sh!t!!!

Hang on, i'm making a list
Dumb, honest (this time), Idiot and doesnt give a sh!t. Come on i am sure we can fill out the resume a little further

IF he EVERgets a hold of a vintage uncut sheet and does this to it I'm personally flying over there and dealing with it in a way that will see me banned here by the rules I helped put in place!

Its ALWAYS about the buck with Pat it seems and even then I question if cutting it up is the right option anyway. And if its not professionally cut he will ruin the lot of them.

His sheet and his option but as a collector I don't get it. Guess we are in the hobby for totally different reasons.

I'm with you Chad, hence my post. Cutting up a #/5 uncut sheet??????? Simply ludacris. At least the other 4 owners get the benefit of 1 nob as their sheet becomes rarer...but seriously, it's an uncut sheet!

Well if I had one of the other 4 sheets i'd be documenting this sale with pics etc for future valuation. As a vintage collector stories of print runs and what happened to cards is gold.

Was just about to say the same thing, so really these uncut sheets which were released as a redemption from UD are now 1/4

Wow.... there's two hours of my life reading this thread that I will never get back !!!!!!

I don't collect basketball cards but man what an interesting read, perhaps it should be made into a movie, there's plenty of sub plots ,although 2 things seem to be missing, the girl and the ending, mmm perhaps the ending could be:

His LJ room "mysteriously" burns down.
OR
Hobbibox and LJbiggestfan go head to head in the ring to see who could beat who up.

Feel free to add your own ending and the best one gets the contract with Harry M Miller.

Cheers
Ross

Wouldn't be much of a fight.
