Have been seeing a few of these on the bay. Does anybody know anything about them. BGS grades seem to have a piece of jersey included in the top next to the grades Linkety link link
BGS offered that for a while with grading. For a set price on top of the grading fee you could have a bit of jersey added to the slab when graded. Wasn't a great idea and people tried to bust open normal ones and put in fake jerseys etc.
