There is a few things I don't like, not every team has a Best of the Best card when others have two, although this may be making up for no Draft Rookies (eg. Collingwood have two best of the best and no Draft Rookies), being a Dee's supporter I was disapointed with Melbourne's Superstar gem, I like James McDonald but he shouldn't be our player on the Superstar Gem, it would of been nice for a younger player, Jurrah for one, I know it is his second year but he is our most exciting player, but my number 1 pick would of been Colin Syliva.

No other complaints, I really like the design of the Revelation Gem, Draft Rookies are looking pretty good, as is Best of the Best.

foil sigs look pretty ordinary i reckon, and the rookie cards are always a little boring. its a bit hard to tell without seeing the cards in hand, they might look better in person. im also disappointed that Select didnt choose more wisely their best of the best players. but then again, Select are always making stupid mistakes with their player selections

As a fellow Dees supporter I was also disappointed in the choice of McDonald. While he's an inspirational captain and all that, he's not in any way flashy. Aaron Davey has been done to death with inserts by Select, so yeah I thought it should've been Sylvia personally, he seems ready to have a stellar year as a justified Top 3 draft pick.

Yer best of the best cards are a load of crap! who they have picked is crap and not having one from ever team is crap.
But i will reserve judgment of the looks of the cards until there in my hand

Some people have very short memories!! Same poeple are complaining now that complained last year about double troubles..... MAYBE the teams thats missed out will get a Best of Best card in series 2.... i recon i could be on to something yeh...

Cards look ok, commons seem to be alot better, like the design of most of the cards except the rookie cards look like spew!!! eeek... worst design ever..
Will also wait for full judgement when cards are in hand though...

I disagree about the best of the best,
how can you say these players are crap:

-Jono Brown, Judd, Franklin, Pav, Ablett, Cousins, Riewoldt, Goodes.

Aren't these guys some of the best players going around???

The only thing i dont get is why they doubled up on teams,
eg - aker and johno and didak and davis .. should have put two dif players in.

But if they have a set "best of the best" .. of course the best players going around should get a card!

I hate that there are only 2 simon black cards and one is a common and the other is a holofoil die cut

Blacky has a tonne of nice cards out there,
in which you are still chasing.

i agree Sacha and i hate the fact that they do that. I hate they use champs cards in series 2 hate hate hate!

And Patterz yep the ones you listed can definatly play. But the ones you have arent good choices. GOOD players or players past there prime....

At least these players if they are past their prime as you say at least they had a prime. A lot more than could ever be said for you and me.

They are also inspirational players and that is what makes them the best of the best

i love that there are two doggies best of the best cards and shaun higgins has a mascot gem! i dont like that they are the same old champions though
