I had an auction last month on ebay end at $335 and the buyer sent me an email saying that it was not him that placed the bids and he would never buy basketball cards because he is not interested in basketball and he also said he has contacted ebay about fraud on his account.
When he won my auction his feedback was at 15 now its over 100 and all of the feedback is from basketball cards:mad::mad::blink:

Well yesterday the member contacted me about my buy it now auctions and i did NOT reply but he has purchased $90 of cards.

should i send these cards and forget what he done or do i contact ebay about this because im afraid he will leave a negative if i refund him.

charge him a fortune on registered post. then ur covered. i dont think the new ebay protection takes money from your paypal account either if he says he didnt get it.

If he has paid for the BIN auctions, i would be asking why he is buying/paying for those if he claims to not collect bball cards??

Well he thinks its ok now because i didnt really care about him not completing checkout and i agreed to cancel and ask for my fees.
Yesterday he left me a positive for the auction that he didnt pay for and then sends me emails asking for discounts on the buy it now auctions.I didnt reply but he has paid me $90.
If i refund him can he still leave a negative.

The $335 was for a card lot of game used/inserts/refractors And that lot was broken up and sold last month.
The problem here is im afraid to send a refund for the $90 because he could leave a negative.
I really dont want to deal with members like this.
And i wont be able to charge for postage because it was listed as free postage

I know it's a bit late now, but you should have blocked that guy from being able to bid on your auctions...
If he leaves you negative you can appeal it, and in this case you have a pretty good case, as long as you have a record/proof of him backing out of the other auction...

Trust me i wanted to do more then block him but i thought he was just a newbie but now with over 100 feedbacks i will not play these games anymore.
I still have all the emails he sent.
He must be a little kid and stupid to think i would not check his feedback.
