What to do....

Ok, I sold the Emeka Gold RC (ebay) from the Exquisite Box I busted.

I sold it to a rather reputable buyer, who is reasonably known around quite a few Collectors Forums.

Anyways, since his offer was made, and me accepting it, and sending an Invoice, I havent heard didly squat.

Payment was/is due today (depending on how far you go into it, there's half hour left of today).

I still havent been able to get in contact with him. I sent him a payment reminder yesterday (contact member, not report item unpaid), and I also sent him a PM on another Forum site.

Still nothing...

I know he wants the card, and I want to sell it. But if I've not heard nothing back, what should I do? Report unpaid, and give him a strike, and do a neg, and move on?

It's just one small issue. I'd bought some stuff that his paypal payment would have covered, and now I gotta hit up the plastic to cover them. Grrr...

What would you do? So someone reputable here brought from you on Ebay, and you didnt hear from them for a week or so, would you follow protocol and hit em up with a Neg, and move on/relist it?

Something rational has probably happend, and I don't want to cause any stress on him by filing unpaid item, etc.

What you need to do is send it to me for a fraction of the price

Honestly, Scotty if you know he's good for it, hold off ... lots of explanations why he might not have paid ... who knows what's happening in his life.

Last month i got my HDD fried... couldn't access email because i set up third party email... then my webserver failed for pop3... and was a bit late to make payment for 2 days... when my webhosting was reloading the data back...

could happen anything...

maybe give a couple of days more..

Yeah I agree with you guys, well, not wjrwebber LOL.

I'm sure he's good for it, I just trying to get it moved on, and done already.

It's not like I'm sitting on a gold mine, but when you get a decent card, and you make a sale, you want it over and done with asap.

Well, I would hold off on the "neg" thing, especially if you know the guy.

I already have some sort of idea whom it may be, as there isn't that many people whom collect this set in the world.
