What the .... Futera?

I need some help. I've never been up to speed with the various card sets as I focused mainly on autographs until just recently. I know of the following Futera sets so far (please let me know if I haven't labelled these correctly):

Futera 1993-94 Base (110) + Specials CORRECT
Futera 1995 Base (110) this is 95/96 Base
Futera 1996 Base (100) this is 96 World Cup
Futera 1996 Elite Base (60) + Specials CORRECT

What I don't know is which sets the following cards belong to. Could someone please provide me as much details about these sets as possible? Also, let me know what other Futera sets I may have missed (not counting the Heritage one, as it's too rich for my blood):
