It is mentioned in the card price guide mate, it was placed in packs because symonds was not available to sign his cards (Must have been out fishing) Hard to say if it is rare as they didn't send back the card with the signature! You had to tick a box and write your name on the card then send it in. it is definetly a must have if you are putting together a master set!
