what is the best footy card ever made?

and a scan or pic would be good to see

my fav is nathan buckley sketch card from select

Personally for me, it's 1997 Tony Modra - Coleman Medallist signature redemption.

Best one is the 1996 hall of fame signature grand redemption... redeemed all 8 hall of fame signatures. cards redeemed where numbered 40-50.

If current top market value of all 8 HOF Legend signatures is $1500 each (card zone is $2000)...X by eight.. means $12,000 ... all from a card that came out of a $2-3 pack...

Pakchoy that grand HOF sig is just amazing...

I bet you it was pulled by a kid who just threw it out or something...I always wonder that about great cards...how many are pulled by unsuspecting kids etc?

unparalled means - none to campare to - I agree... you cannot compare him to other players.

I have never seen theat grand HOF sig redemption.... and yes.. it is amazing.

i cant pick the best ever. But the 2005 Select, Chris Judd Brownlow Signature was a very good looking card that everyone wants.

All west coast and non west cast fans had juddy fever and couldn't get a enough of him. Last one I saw for sale, went for $550.

I love the Triple Brownlow Signature - Goodes, Buckley and Ricciuto.
Nice looking card and very rare.

But this would be one of the nicest and most wanted cards by myself when Judd played for wce (as Tim mentioned)
Last one went for just under $400 recently, would have snapped it up if i wasn't saving for something special

and from what i own,
i'd rate this as a top card out there of one of the greats, both in design and value

i think the best card is the grand redemption, from the 2005 dynasty series. its extremely rare and it redeems the following:

I think these are the best that i've seen, the 2001 select captain signature redemptions, numbered to 50. They are rare and expensive.

This is my most tresured card 31/50

id say the best ever made was the triple brownlow sig just because its the only triple sig ever in AFL cards, and numbered so low makes it a real keeper.
the best card ever made that ive got in my PC would have to be the hird tribute.

But deep DEEP down my fav card is the Warren Tredrea Game breaker. Love the design, nice looking sig and my fav player!
