What do you do for a living??

I'm interested in what people here on this board does for a living. Also if you could include your age that would be cool too.

I'm 12 and I go to school. I get $15 a week pocket money for doing the dishes and tidying my room.

Ok, I'm 24 I am an IT graduate who got jaded in the first 6 months and am now doing my second degree in Nursing so that I can help people rather than sit at a desk and get fat! I also work casully at the bottleshop down the road from me...and take the gov't money through centrelink!

no real budget that i have to stick to as such, but i have to find the best deals i can....basically if anyone on site needs anything....i'm their man

And how do you find the best deals? Internet or do you call up local companies?

yeah, i'd say 80-90% of my time is at my desk.

basically just product knowledge and knowing where to go to for quotes etc. alot of stuff we keep in stock is through a contract with a supplier whereby we a obliged to buy from them every time we need the type of good they supply and they give us the best price!! pretty easy stuff!!

No, I would get my arse served to me on a platter! I get 20% on top of cost price, and that is good enough for me!

Who you work with mate?

My best friend in South Africa, runs several cable channels, including all the advertising, pricing etcetera... an absolutely fascinating position....

Anyway, I'm 24... I'm a Media Monitor... casual, get a lil Centrelink help, but am volunteering down at City Park Radio to get some experience to move into *fingers crossed* a full time job with a radio station.
