I have bought some cards from this guy on here and i have not received the cards. I Left Negative feedback (after 8 weeks) and asking for a refund. He said he gave me a refund and the cards were sent. I have not received the cards, I was sending Messages to find out what was happening, He was hardly replying to the PM's even know that he was online. He SAID he Gave me a refund when i asked, but There was nothing there and i never did get the refund. It was around 6 weeks of payment being sent until he said he sent the cards. I was just wondering what i can do ? And so this dosent happen to anyone else.

No, to do that is it the Contact us button near the bottom of the page?

Nah it's the little exclamation mark thingey in the same row as the 'Reply' button

EDIT: But click it in the deal thread you have, so you report the issue as related to the deal thread.

Hmmm... this guy was also banned on other sites. I have a suspicion he is also 'Wolly' and 'Rooaholic' who have also been banned from oct before. Good luck with getting your money back mate!

nothing has been done and i have not heard a reply or anything yet. i guess nothing can be done , i sent him a message saying what he did is wrong and stuff and he said that he put the money in my account, but when i asked for proof of him putting in the money i dont hear from him again?

All i can do i highly recommend not to deal with this person.
