If you look at the blue/yellow ribbon and the box above the description, it seems to be that it is 'endorsed' by eBay as a charity or nonprofit type entity (or partially) which is new!

the username sahf2007 is referring to 'Salvadoran American Humanitarian Foundation'.

I would imagine that there would need to be some sort of onus of proof before eBay gives out the ribbon??? Or at least you would hope so.
Makes me think it is all ok!
