what are some of your favorite burger recipe's

ok burgers are my favorite food and food channel has had a lot of burger shows on lately and it got me thinking what are your favorite home made burgers and from restaurants (real restaurants not fast food)

restaurant for me- red robin peppercorn burger w/ pepperjack cheese and garlic parmesan fries with a coke and ice water

homemade, I use garlic salt and fresh ground pepper as seasoning and mayo,mustard,ketchup,lettuce,pickles,chedder cheese now for the onions

I put a little but in a pan, with onions and tiny chunks of garlic and sautee them up, delicious
I need to find a good peppercorn seasoning do any of you know of any?

I have to say my favourites are the Burgers we make at home.

Pretty simple really!

- Lean Heart Start Mince
- Shredded Carrot
- Shredded Zuccini
- Lots of Garlic
- Salt and Pepper for taste.

Mix them altogether and throw them on the grill.

Serve on Damper or standard Hamburger rolls with Lettuce, Cheese, Tomato and Bacon!

Now im hungry!!

Mate, I love a good burger!! and yes, its always good with a nice cold full-strength coke, so you can burp all the way through it!

As for home made stuff, I like making Chicken Satay burgers, cook up a chicken breast (add some spices if you wish), add just lettuce and tomato, and some satay sauce, on a white roll...brilliant.

Ive had buffalo meat, well Bison (I think its the same thing, if not similar) when I was in Atlanta last at Ted Turners Montana Grill. It was a very nice piece of meat, but please dont get me to describe it...just go and try it!

I'm keen to see other peoples burger recipies, I would love to try some of them.

you gotta try them with the sautee'd onions like I mentioned whenever we have bar-b-q's everyone asks me to make them. yes bison is the same as buffalo.
I like a little spice too, i need to find a burger with chayenne (spelling) pepper
