Well, he says he did not get them himself, he is not saying boldly that they are genuine and then way it is listed gives the impression he cannot guarantee their authenticity, but if you like it then you keep it, if you don't then you can get your money back (if he receives the card back).
BUT........
he does say if you do not think it is 100% authentic then do not bid......if you do bid then you later say you do not want it because you do not hink it is authentic then he can come back to you and say "well you bid and you only bid because you felt it was 100% authentic" and then could say it is not a legit reason to refund........
Ultimately there is nothing wrong with the listing, you just need to be careful of these thing and these people out there.
