Thought I'd start a new topic, which will be.. what is the weirdest filmclip/song you've seen or heard...

I have one to start with...

If you can download the clip, you'll see why it's the weirdest film clip ever created... as in really strange.. but some how I kinda like it..

man, all the aphex twin vids ive seen are crazy, especially come to daddy, thats a great freaky clip. which one is window licker, is that the one where the 500m long limo pulls up?
 
ive also gotta mention foo fighters everlong, its heaps weird but its probably my fave vid ever.

ah window licker isnt half as freaky as come to daddy, if you can find it i HIGHLY recomend seeing it, its like a 5 minute little horror film.

Yes that 500m limo filmclip is freaky...the guy in it is anyway!! The other clip I always found weird was the "Where's your head at" (can't remember who by) with the band members faces on the the monkeys.
 
yeah thats by Basment Jaxx, great clip, kinda rips off aphex twin clips but still very cool.
 
I've gotta say, I'm a big Aphex Twin fan... was front and centre to see him at the BDO '04

yeh i would of said smack my bitch up because i havent seen the Aphex Twin ones.
Until it Sleeps by metallica is extremly weird too.
Their would be heaps more but kinda hard to think of.
Cradle of Filth have a really distubing one where they slit their throats with razors and the music breaks down from heavy to angel music and it immediatly cuts to like 4 chicks in night gowns around a bath sawing their wrists with saws :o
 
you should definitely try downloading the aphex twin ones
though you may have more luck searching windowlicker as one word

i can't remember off the top of my head what the Until It Sleeps clip is like, but it's definitely one of my favourite Metallica tracks. Moby did a great remix of it also.

Speaking of Metallica, the visual concept for the clip of The Memory Remains is interesting
 
yeh Memory Remains is a cool clip, reminds me of the ride the Hangover lol:)
i love the Metallica clips - One and I Disappear.
 
I disappear, after writing the previous post i got the song in my head, having thought of the video.
it's nothing groundbreakingly clever, but i like how its somewhat parodious of the many action film cliches.

considering the strength of that song, and the previously unreleased songs on S&M i was expecting something more similar to those, than what became St. Anger, which was somewhat disappointing
though i dont hate it like many of the metallica die hards out there
 
whether we like to admit it or not, there's a little aphex twin in all of us
a little weird
a little self indulgent

be you a small child or a musician's groupie - as illustrated in the videos - you've got the propensity to be something entirely contradictory to what you appear to be.

the children depicted in come to daddy are far from innocent, creating havoc everywhere they go.

the groupies depicted in windowlicker are far from appearing to be the beautiful and desirable women you'd expect a famous musician to be schmoozing with. this is representative of the belief that the majority of "band aids" don't quite have the personality to match their looks

Aphex Twin clips are awesomely funny tho, if ya have a sick sense of humour.

Speaking of Metallica & One... I just downloaded Korn's live cover video of it, not a bad effort!

Has anyone heard Disturbed do Fade To Black (Metallica)?
