Wanted slr camera

Gday lads,,im after a cheap 35 mm slr camera for my trip to melbourne....
Prefer a canon but others concidered.

you can buy a digi camera for like 90 bucks

Got 1 already thanks shoes....wanted to try something a little more advanced..rather than just point and shoot...not to mention you cant put a decent zoom lens on a digi camera...(unless you fork out big dollars!)

i actually know someone who just upgraded his canon slr and would look to offload his if the price is right....

Sounds sweet mate.. can you find out what model it is and roughly what hes chasing for it.....ive been keeping an eye on ebay and have a pretty good idea what there going for.
