Is there anything special about it?

Doesnt look to be numbered, and being a non-gold label it'd have lost a lot of market value.

Cheap for those chasing graded rookies for their PC, tho.

It's a rare rookie card, it has all 9 subgrades, and it's a very condition sensitive card.
