I haven't done I mail day in such I long time so I thought it was time to show my recent cards.

These are some cards I got graded in Graham's last PSA submission.

First up

1957 Topps...... Cliff Hagan RC PSA 5 and PSA 6 Dave Piontek RC

1948 Topps Magic Photo..... Murray Wier PSA 2

These cards were developed by licking the cards and putting them in sunlight. Because of this process many of the cards are either overdeveloped or underdeveloped.Card is approx: 3 1/2cm x 2cm
Tough cards to get in high grades.

Thanks for looking

Unbelievable, im a big fan of vintage cards, just seeing your 1957 cards makes me drool, that 1948 bowman was just timeless, 61 years after those cards still looks as good as new to me,

Man, very nice there Tracy :)

It's always so cool to see posts like these, and without them, I would not know of all these types of cards back in the day and how they have stood the test of time.
Your scanner really picks these up nicely too.

Thanks for sharing your additions :)

Great stuff Tracy!

Even a 'good' grade for the hocus pocus set is awesome, those damn kids always licked too little or too much LOL Thats a great piece and the highlight for me.

Great grades on some of that stuff including the Issel RC to boot! Selective better quality vintage is ALWAYS a better buy than mass creased cards and sets.

So the Buckmans are buckman backs right or blank? ARe you doing both versions of the set? LOL I think I got you a carvel set going years back by memory? Cranes......any of the cranes ones?

Congrats on the icee bear, another top quality vending machine one too by the looks of it and it will grade well. Great set.

And essex rock!

Good luck wth the BCCG, BCCG grade by holding the card to their forehead and say the first number that they think of so I hope that grader actually DID have some physic powers.

Thanks for all your cool comments on my cards....Glad I could share these with everyone.

CHAD....The Buckman disc's are Buckman backs,I should of posted a pic of the back of one of them, forgot to do that...My buckman back set is graded all PSA 10 apart from the ones in this post, just need the Bob Love to complete this set .

I do have a set of Carvels which you got for me a few years back....Dont know if I will do the Cranes or blanks yet...they will be tough sets to complete,as you know they are hard to come by.

The BCCG 10 I will get graded with PSA,but I dont expect to get a 10 from them PSA......BCCG are a bit generous with there grading sometimes...I will be hoping to get a 9 or 8 on it thou.

Yes I agree with Selective choosing,I never get cards creased...I always look for sharp corners, it really depends on what the card is,what year and set its from... and also centring,I am rather picky with choosing cards.

I am going to concentrate on my Essex meat set, even know the Sihugo Green SP is going to be impossible to get and my sugar daddy sets and some odds and ends I come across LOL

Sweet vintage cards! I love that 1948 Topps Magic Photo never heard or seen one of those before thats a very different idea of licking the card lol
