While the hoops collecting world anxiously awaits the arrival of Panini America’s 2013-14 National Treasures Basketball on August 20, many collectors have taken advantage of the wait to explore the late-season hits hidden within 2013-14 Spectra Basketball and 2013-14 Preferred Basketball. Over the weekend, Panini America’s Tracy Hackler and Keith Hower gave Preferred the preferential treatment with a quick two-box break.
