Vertical Navigation bar missing?

Is it just me, or has that Vertical Navigation bar on the right hand side of the page gone and been replaced with two arrows?
Sure it is something we can get used to but I do love the speed of grabbing and dragging the ol Nav bar to get me places in a hurry.
