Ultimate Sports Cards and Legacy Sports Cards are probably the two best shops in Vegas.

I can recommend Ultimate Sports Cards. Went there when I was in Vegas three years ago. Was about a half hour drive to get their from the strip. I had a hire car so can not help with Public Transport info. Great people run the store and were great to talk with about all things cards.
