USPS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR i hate u!!!!!!

Well lets start..

Panini have sent me 4 redemtions already and who fantastic with fedex.. ( less fedex driver issue)

Now they have started to use USPS..

I have 4 cards coming in 3 different pagages and tracking numbers ( all 4 are sme cards)
I have been TRYING to track them from there to here and guess wat..

Since 25th oct they have been sitting in the Chicago sorting facility not moved at all GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Where are my cards!!!!!!!


Has anyone got any ideas on who to conatct about this to find out wats happeneing???????
I think one of the mods has a contact there????

All help and info would be awesome

they are probably closer than you think. usps typically will update it to delivered when you sign for it . Unlike DHL and fedex there is often no interim updates.
If you are really concerned jump onto https://www.facebook.com/panini the old donruss page is their cs page so drop a comment in there. They usually go through it a few times a week.

Yeah my understanding is that USPS will only update tracking in the U.S. My last mail from USPS was shipped on the 3rd September and received on 4th October. Priroty mail i believe..

hahaha mate they'll arrive, add 3 weeks to when they said they were sent...i had something express post priority to me, signed up for email notifications for when it was in australia and in transit and when delivered...i got the confirmation email 2 weeks after i signed for it to say it was in australia....then a week and a half later i got an email saying my item had been delivered!

Look at my package below. Not from Panini, but it shows it IS trackable once it leaves USA. Turn around is about 2weeks in my experience. USPS wait until they have 'enough' packages for a full box on a flight. Assuming you mean 25 SEPT then I would expect it will update over the weekend as arrived in Aust. Then you'll have it within a couple days. Its not the fastest but its reliable.

I know he is trying to help.... but don't look at his package!!!!!!!

But seriously, when I got a Kobe redemption, it came fedex in about 3-4 days. All others are USPS and take 3 - 4 weeks.

I think it is only expensive cards they send by Fedex nowadays!

Fedex is much more expensive so its understandable. 3weeks aint bad really.
