Sorry to hear about it mate...plenty of other ways to nail the sucker if hes ripped ya off.

i know what it is like magic, i now wait for max 18 days before i send the 1st email asking about where the item is, 1 week later i send the 2nd email and 3rd email 1 week after the 2nd email i warn them if i don't receive the item within 1 week i will be asking paypal for a refund. I have only had to do this twice over the last 2 months, the first time the card arrived 4 weeks after payment. The 2nd time the guy gave me a refund but swearing black & blue he had sent the card, which is funny cause i am still waiting for it to arrive. If i pay for a item via paypal i will make sure either, i have the item within 4 or 5 weeks or i will request a refund. Its time well all get tuff with these p***** that try and rip us off.

andrew - yeh i sent a few emails to him and i got worried, but amazingly i got back stating the cards were sent so i went with that and obviously he was lying and now its too late.
