UPS confusion

OK I'm thinking of buying a couple of boxes from dacardworld and I checked the shipping costs to Australia and noticed this
Delivery Option Estimated Delivery* Estimated Charge*
UPS Int Saver 1-3 Days $28.58
UPS Int Exped 2-5 Days $28.21
USPS Express Int 3-5 Days $41.98
USPS Priority Int 2-3 Days $35.93

Why does UPS Int Saver cost the second least but has the quickest estimated delivery? And which one would you take?

I always use the top one here mate never had any issues

ALWAYS TAKE THE UPS OPTION... I tried the USPS one once and it was MUCH slower than the UPS one.

UPS is great, either one of those services you can't go wrong, but go with the Express Saver.
