Guys, if you have a redemption through upper deck that has a print run of less than 25 (active redemption or via their expired redemption lotto thing), don't even bother to submit it. I had a 2009-10 UD Greats of the Game Michael Jordan BMOC subset AU redemption that i was directed by Chris Carlin to submit in for their expired lotto. That was a year ago. Since then it had been a long wait with no result and now UD is saying they haven't received the card, they can't find it etc, even though i have provided photographic proof that i had the card and had filled out the info for the expired lotto.
