Upgrade - 1996 Hoops Rookie Headliners

I believe I graded the first one myself so say that was $35 or so. Just picked up the PSA 9 for about the same price so I couldn't resist!

Really sensitive set since it has the middle card insert thing which can slide in and out.

PSA 9 is currently a pop8 with 7 higher. very happy.

Packs odds 1:72 with 10 cards in the set.

People tend to foreget about packdds, unlikley as it is, let's hope Fanatics bring them back...

PSA 5 seems pretty harsh, I think my PC just lost half its value if that's how things are graded! lol
