I thought I would start this thread for anyone who spies a future star at junior games

Here is some positive news for Raiders fans for the future;

Three young QLD lads, Anthony MILFORD, Luke Bateman and Scott DOYLE (all 17) have been signed by the Raiders. All three are current members of the QLD U/18 side, Milford & Doyle have been playing SG Ball this season with Milford being named the player of the season Milford made his Toyota Cup debut last week for Canberra in the centres (he is normally a halfback) and scored three tries while Bateman has been playing QLD cup for Souths Logan this season and has started a few games as prop as a 17 year old!

The reason sam perret was let go is this guy. he is the fullback for roosters under 20's but theyve moved him out onto the wing in NSW cup to vs the bigger boys getting him ready for first grade.

David Nofoaluma or Marika Koribete at the Tigers. With Utai and Lote likely out the door after this season look for one of these kids to get a run, both very promising. If this thread was a month ago i would have said Curtis Sironen too but that's no secret anymore

Milford is going great so far in the Toyota Cup. Mitch Cornish is another good young player at the Raiders.
