Hi,

I have watched the first 9 series of the first Underbelly series but am still looking to finish it off and see the rest of the story. The last episode I watched was when Jason Moran got murdered in his van with his friend while they were watching the kids junior football game. So I basically got upto the most interesting part of the whole series and then I wasn't able to obtain the final episodes to complete the series.

If anybody can assist me with the complete Series 1 DVD Series, all the help would be really appreciated. I don't mind wether the DVD's are brand new or second hand, I honestly wouldn't mind buying a used DVD set if the CD's are still in very good condition.

Thank you very much to anyone that can help.

Regards

Any help from fellow interstate Australian members would be greatly appreciated please.

Otherwise if any fellow Victorian members can help me out that'll be just as good.

Just so you're aware it's still illegal to view or purchase the Series 1 DVD's in Victoria as they're unedited.

Only the first 5 episodes (which have been heavily editied) were permitted to be screened in Victoria.

Hi,

Thanks for the information regarding this tv series. I'm not much of a movie/tv series buff and so if there are laws against watching it in place I am not aware of it.

This thread basically died and so I reached the conculsion that I would have to wait for the remaining episodes to screen on tv anyway. Do you know why it's against the law to watch it in Victoria? I don't see what the reason is considering everybody I know here in Victoria has already watched the full series of part 1. Even the episodes that haven't yet screened on the television.

Strange if you want to know the truth from my opinion, but thanks for the information.

It was originally banned in Vic due to the outstanding court case against the killer/s of Lewis Moran and fears that the programme might cause an unfair hearing.

At the conclusion of that case the first 5 episodes were shown late last year in Vic, however they were heavily edited due to another outstanding case against Tony Mokbel. The first 2 episodes were recently repeated in Vic only to see the show again taken off the air following a successful appeal by Mokbel's lawyers. (or the threat of an appeal ....not too sure)

It's no secret that a lot of people in Vic have seen the series...but the fact is it is still banned in Vic and as with seeking or selling pirated DVD's etc I'm sure that this forum does not condone requests of banned or illegal products.
