Okay so I've bitten the proverbial bullet and decided to trim down the collection.
Based on some of the 'bigger' cards I have, I decided on six fighters to keep collecting - Cain, Couture, Machida, Wandy, Big Nog and Belfort, then I added Sotiropoulos just to have something different in the mix.
So the strategy now is to try and get a full base set, plus inserts, base autos and relics, of every series from 3 onwards.
For series 1 & 2 I'm chasing base and red autos, plus parallels and inserts for just the 7. (gonna need a name for the 'team', maybe a new sig to with it - Magnificent Seven, Seven Samurai...? something else equally cheesy and lame?)
In addition to this I'll be aiming for a full set of gold base parallels from Main Event onwards (6 more to go for ME, last 2 for series 4 on the way in the mail).
Then I'll be chasing parallel's, autos, relics etc for just the seven I've settled on (the list was twelve at one point, it was painful kicking some favorites off it...
So as of 9am saturday morning the first lot of stuff I'm selling goes live on my eBay store. All Main Event for the first batch including - BJ Penn Fight Gear Silver /8, Auto Relics (Griffin, Liddell, Lesnar, more), and my Red Ink Gracie auto.
Everything's listed as an auction plus BuyNow. Starting auction price for everything is less than the Low Beckett value. The Buy Now prices are slightly inflated, because I far prefer people to bid.
Will do a flat 10% discount off the final sale price to any OzCard members I know and have dealt with, and any others with 10 feedback or more (so most of you really).
If you are bidding/buying then please PM me so I can keep track of who's who.
As always I'm happy to discuss any deals / swaps as well.

Okay all the Main Event stuff is live. A few people have already expressed interest in doing a deal for specific cards (thanks!) and we'll work stuff out as we go.
Moving on to Series 4 now, details of which I'll post before I list it on eBay (duh Cormac).
The numbers in brackets refer to the starting auction price if and when it gets to eBay, and the BuyNow price. Everything is negotiable of course.
