G,day everyone.

My name is Paul or (Tubby which is my nickname) and i'm 25 years old, i collected basketball cards in the mid 90's but stopped collecting due to availability of cards in my area, but now have started again once i found sealed packs and boxes for sale on ebay, the person i brought cards from told me about this site and now here i am.

I think we've now got about 6 or 7 members from Gippsland....almost enough to warrant our own Card Show just like the good ol' days!!!

thanks for the warm welcome, at the moment i'm not really sure on what i need for my sets, still trying to get back into the groove of collecting, i've been out of it for a long time (mid 90's was the last time i collected)
when i get a beckett i'll have a better idea of the cards i want and need.

G,day and thanks for the welcome,

in the mid 90's i followed the bulls, so i try to keep any Jordan cards i can get my hands on, also was a huge fan of Scottie Pippen, apart from them i like to get hold of big names like Larry Bird, Magic Johnston, Shaq, but manly i just collect sets, at the moment i'm collecting ud first edition 07-08 which i have the set of except a few inserts, also topps 07-08 which i almost have the set of including inserts of course with the exception of the game used and auto cards.

Thanks mate,

i don't have a camera for my computer so i can't show you sorry about that, and to my knowledge i don't think i have any really great and expensive cards, when i get the beckett i've ordered i'll be able to tell you more, but 1 of my favs is a Jordan behind the glass from 93-94 ud which was worth nearly $400 bucks, but not sure what it's worth now.

a card show would be great, we better recruit more gippslanders.
