Just wondering if many of you send your cards to players through the mail to get autographed? If so is there any players who are better signers than others?

I have recieved back from Eric Grothe Jr, and Brett Kenny in the last few weeks.

Have just sent off to Brett Kimmorley, Luke Patten, Jeff Lima, Ryan Hoffman, Brett Finch, Trent Barrett, Jarryd Hayne & Billy Slater.

Hoping to get a few of them before they go to England or retire.
 
Hey Jason I haven't but I am intending to try a get a couple to finish of a set or two. 1979 Dragons (last time we won a comp) Beath and Reddy. Did you send via Leagues Club?

Freeballs is someone I know who does and hs a bit of luck with it.

Send most of my requests via the team, also with guys like Kenny he is coaching Wentworthville so sent via them. Also send via channel 9 and player agents.
 
Hi mate, ive done alot of these myself..

From the ones you have listed i wouldnt expect them back from:
Brett Kimmorley or Luke Patten - as from experience bulldogs are pretty awful regarding fan mail etc. However i could be wrong, im just talking from personal experiences.

But its very likely you will get them back for:
Jeff Lima, Ryan Hoffman, Billy Slater - as in fact i have requested both slater and hoffman and have recieved cards back.

In the past i have recieved alot of them back, including coaching staff etc. i know Freeballs, Owen and myself do these, however alot of other members probably do to.

havent tried any nrl but billy slater might be a nice sig to pick up... if slater does it from storm does that mean inglis and smith will do it as well?? ive done this for celebrities actors and other sports i got: greg norman signed pic, kim clijsters and her basketball husband signed pic, i got a geoffrey rush signed pic for my nan and ive sent off for richo in the afl but nothing as of now...
 
I have done heaps of other sports best returns would be. Steve young 49ers 8x10, Jerry Rice 49ers 8x10, Ponting 8x10, Gilchrist, Warne & McGrath 6x8s, Roger Federer Postcard. But just getting in to league cause i'm trying to get the whole 2010 base set signed.
 
was just wondering if any1 out there knows how to get in contact with Jim Serdaris at all. As his is the last sig im after to finish off my 94 captains choice signed set.

ive sent a few emails off to ebay sellers and wat not but no luck as yet so anything at all will be greatly appreciated
 
you need to send a self addressed envelope or it's 99% chance you'll never see your cards again. If you are sending to England you will need British stamps or IRC's
 
not sure what you mean mate. I just send of a letter, a couple of cards and an self addressed envelope. You arent guaranteed a response, you may never see your cards again. But most times I have been successful.
 
Anyone had any luck with Joe Galuvao? or scott sattler? would like an address for him if anyone has one :) Pretty much any older panthers players i would be interested in getting. If anyone has any information please LMK :)
