Hi guys and gals. Put it here as I am mainly in this forum. Me and some of my mates in a band. We have an original song on the triple j site www.triplejunearthed.com.au . If people could check it out or download it it counts like a vote. Our bands name is Diverse II. ( we on as diverse with old singer this is with new singer). Song is called "The Hangover"

Took an old fart a little while to work out how to hear the music and when I did I wasn't disappointed, opening riff reminded me of Blue Oyster Cult then the vocals came in with the archetypcal Aussie pub rock band lead singer, not quite Doc Neeson more of the 70's Billy Thorpe when he went mainstream, bass and drum were practically non existant until around 1.44 into the track and then they started to have some impact but at the same time a guitar solo started that failed to be dominant.
If the lyrics could be re-worked a little to describe how a big night on the piss meant that the Dude missed out on a killer babe rather than just been solely hungover then it would be my life story, this band deserves a good producer and a decent recording studio, I would vote for this band but I think I have to sign up with Triple JJJ to have my vote count, recommended listening!, encourage these worthwhile young men!.
