Transfers 2013/2104 Season

Liverpool can't go back on their word, if in fact they ever promised him that, can't trust a word that comes out of him mouth. He has a clause inhis contract that lets him leave and can't be blocked by law.

Whatever happened to Suarez saying he needs to leave England for the sake of his family because of the press? The guy is a dead set wanker.
 
My Question to Suarez is, what happens if Arsenal get knocked out in the early rounds of the Champions League and don't finish Top 4 this season, will he want out from Arsenal?

If, hypothetically that did happen (and he does indeed sign for Arsenal), I reckon he probably would want out. Most world class players want to be playing Champions League.

Arsenal dropping out of the top 4 is not going to happen though!

I'm a longtime Gunners fan and I'm with you. Why on earth would we want a player who's been in the shit for racism and biting opponents (keeping in mind he's unable to play for the first month and a half or so due to suspension) AND has gone on record as saying he wanted out of England altogether?! I was excited to hear we were after Higuain and then was very upset once we turned our attention to Suarez. Higuain, whilst unproven in England would have come cheaper and been a better fit in my opinion.

Having said that though, I doubt Madrid would get him if they get a mammoth deal for Bale done. So I suppose if nobody else shows any interest at all, I'd say there's a very good chance he'll end up at Arsenal.
 
I agree, plenty of baggage with Suarez. I would've much rathered Higuain, or even Rooney. It hasn't happened so hopefully we sign Suarez soon. In saying that, I certainly won't be getting a shirt with his name on the back.

I'm a bit disappointed that Sanogo is all we have signed at this stage. We're supposed to have a lot more coin, and we've cleared out a lot of players, so would of been nice to get the signings out of the way early. Even if we don't sign Suarez, Arsenal bidding £40m for someone is generally unheard of.
 

It's even more frustrating when we're told we have the cash and still don't spend despite needing to address certain areas to genuinely get in the hunt for silverware. Still haven't replaced Song with a legitimate def mid. Still haven't replaced RVP with a reliable hitman. Still have big quiries over our defence and goalkeeping. Spending a bit can solve all that!!

Why don't arsenal bid £40 on Rooney? Chelsea are the only club bidding on him but the gossip collums are saying they've made 2 bids around the £25 mark. If united were offered £40 for Rooney I'm pretty sure united would accept. He's only 26 , and has wanted to leave for a while. I hope arsenal make a bid for him because I'm sick and tired of the shrek look a like.
United will most likely target felaini as fabregas chooses to stay with barca. I'm not sure on felaini , good player but a hot head. I'd rather see united go after his international team mate dembele. So many good footballers coming out of that country ATM.
