Topps UK IPL 2011 Cards ??

That would be awesome, id collect that for sure as there are still some of the greats playing IPL. keep us informed with their response dude.

Yes, we have already started work on a Futera Cricket Release - this will be an international collection.

Due to the high demand for the World Football (soccer) Online collector cards and a Futera UNIQUE 2011 Soccer Collection launching this week our schedule for the Cricket release is likely to be during the latter part of 2011.

[I asked about Futera being the same as Futera of the mid-90's in Australia]
Futera is the same brand name of Collector Cards with its history of over 20 years, but the company would be a different structure from those times. Thanks for writing to us.

that email is from Futera regarding the International cricket release which is in another thread, but the thread title says Topps IPL release. Im confused, are Topps doing an IPL series or not?

i think i worked it out, did you email Futera by mistake, i think you were ment to email Topps.
 
Oops...I emailed both Topps and Futera. I just muddled up my thoughts (perhaps the depression over the Ashes losses and Australia's demise have stuffed up my brain).

Topps haven't replied about the IPL set. Sorry, I cut and pasted the wrong email in to this thread. When they do, I will paste it in.

As for Futera, yes, established as a set for late 2011.

Spoke to topps uk on the phone on Thursday. They were looking to release the set inthe uk and India but they are looking to make it an India only release due to the short duration of the tournament.
