How far in the checkout process do you get before it says they won't ship? I've got right up to the 'Place my order' page and it hasn't declined. (I haven't clicked 'place my order')

Yeah same here mate, I haven't gone any further - maybe it's worth a shot anyway at placing an order? They don't charge your card 'till they ship the items anyway...
 
There are some pre-sell boxes listed on eBay at the moment, might be a case of "shopping around" to find the cheapest box price + postage rate!
 
so of Da card world isnt doing them to aus, how do we propose we smuggle a few of these into Australia?
 
I looked at getting three cases here but the postage was ridiculously stupid by the time I get it to a forwarding address so I didn't bother.
 

where did this list come from, didnt realise there was a ramsey. his forms got me soo keen for that card
