Top Loaders & One Touch Sizes

I have 1,600+ 35 pt top loaders. I've recently got my first "one touch". Amid the move to a new address I've lost my patch top loaders. Just the regular patch top loaders is all I need. What size would it be? Because I am getting confused with so many "pt" sizes. For the "one touch" what would I need them to be in for patch cards?

130pt are the majority. The thicker patch cards go up to a 180pt size
