Time to boycott Select...

I just recieved my Collingwood Premiers Redemption Set back and they were in top loaders and the select plastic envelope. However, I supplied the top loaders and wrote a note telling them to send the cards back in those top loaders so the cards would not get damaged. I guess they listened.
I believe you Chris and thanks for warning us. I would not have included the top loaders or the note if I hadn't read this thread. Thanks.

I got an e-mail back from Di yesterday. She is going to speak with the production manager once he returns from overseas later this week.
Started to get really angry about this, and then I got the e-mail back. Let's see what happens from here..

are you the one on their facebook site mate? how frustrating is it that so many questions have been asked and not one of them answered. cant believe some people thing these guys have good customer service.
