I wouldn't buy one, but I don't have a problem if the card as a WHOLE is custom made, however I am fully against any card that has used an existing card that has had the swatch replaced by a custom made patch. At some point of that cards life in the future, the fact that the patch is custom made will be loss and some clown will claim it as legit.
I'm a hardcore player collector...but I'd ignore these completely if they were my player. The 1/1 looks passable, the 9/10 looks downright cheap. I don't know...I guess it's alright if they are entirely custom like Norm said but I wouldn't think twice about ignoring them.
I believe the Future Stock card manufacturer is in some legal trouble for using images owned by a South Australian Photographer without permission or royalties being paid.
Copyright Law says that an image can be used if it is altered by a minimum of 90% (the tough part to answer is, how do you prove it is 90% different) or if it is not for commercial purposes as long as approval is given from the owner.
The second one is a lot nicer but I still wouldn't personally buy into it.
