sorry 4 the title as it has nothin 2 do with y i'm pissed off and slightly thirsty, heres the low down bought this card a month ago and still haven't recieved, sent the seller a msg sayin hasn't arrived blablabla and i'd let him know it's all good if it comes but no reply, no biggy then sent another msg today sayin still no card blabla can i get a refund or i'll have to go through paypal so just waitin 2 c what he sez and will keep u up 2 date

well i'll wait and c what he says 1st and if i have 2 claim then i'll do that and leave a neg, he won't like that as he has perfect fb with hundreds of transactions, whats the deadline 4 making a claim as in how long can u leave b4 it becomes invalid
 
arrgh, another not arrived thread..

same with me, even with local packages..

i am not blaming anyone anymore, i just don't buy cards much lately.

that's a really big set back nowadays.

45 days bas from the purchase date before you have to start the dispute. 20 days after that to communicate before you have to escalate to a claim. Must be some problems with the post, or maybe these idiots aren't making sure the packages come by air, instead sending the surface mail.

Don't think surface mail exists from the US anymore following the recent changes....
 
I agree, no matter what they say, dont let the 45 days pass without escalating to claim, you still have 20 days after that to sort it out, but u are stuffed if u dont do it
