Is when you have 3 months worth of PC cards shipped from COMC and the day they are to be delivered your wife decides to go out for half an hour and delivery is attempted.

You then have to convince her to go out of her way from her work to the Post office (about 700 metres) to collect them for you after she finishes work early and you end up waiting at home patiently for her to arrive with lots of nice cards......

And she forgets to pick them up......

And because of other plans its unlikely i'll be able to get them tomorrow in the massive 9am -11am window that this post office is open.....

And because of the Public Holiday Monday I probably won't get them till Tuesday.....if she remembers again.

THAT'S what really grinds my gears!

End rant. 3 months of waiting continues......

Enjoy your Friday...

Cheers
Matt

and Matt I say that in the nicest possible way as I sit here at 1722 h on a Friday afternoon in the cool of the aircon (in my pj's) whilst sipping a nice JD & coke......:)

op, that story rings true on so many levels....

if we forget a single item on a chocolate run to woollies, we have to go back, but they don't have to when it comes to mail???

Pissed off just thinking about waiting for mail over the week end...

mow the lawn yourself B****

Get this right..... i was made to go out and get an ice cream for the better half the other night.......I did it out of the goodness of my heart and she forgets to grab my 3 months worth of mail from the PO....after I asked nicely.

Have had similar issues with my wife Matt. Ended up having to get a po box recently. Was cheaper than trading her in for a new model.

Oh man... I can only begin to imagine... I know what it is like when I miss a delivery (as rare as they come) and I get the slip at like 10am and have to wait until after 2 or 3 before I can pick it up.... I can't fathom how frustrating this must be.... especially considering the ice cream thing and all lol

And this comes from a woman.... cant believe your other half forgot the mail!

hmmm...is divorce out of the question mate?..haha, just joking of course! I have had a similar thing happen and it feels like Monday cant come quick enough!
