Hello folks, and welcome from the 34th Annual National Sports Collectors Convention in Rosemont, Illinois! As many of you know, the first day of the National has coincided with the official launch of The Vault. Not only have items begun to sell on The Vault online, they have begun selling offline at the show via our showroom cases!
As a reminder, there are several reasons this new service is an amazing opportunity to display and sell high end items:
Within the first hour of the launch, 10 cards had already sold, and sales continued throughout the afternoon. If you haven’t had an opportunity to see the Vault yet, take a look at vault.comc.com!
COMCs First Day at the National: The Recap
We spent a majority of our day getting the booth up and running and all your Vault items set into the cases. With thousands of vendors preparing in much the same fashion, it was truly remarkable sight.
For those of you who have not been to the Donald E. Stephen’s Convention Center, it is massive. Measuring in at 840,000 square ft. of convention space, well over half of that is being used over the course of the next few days. And every last foot of space is devoted to cards from every sport, and of every value imaginable.
Here is a behind the scenes look at what the Convention looks like before the doors open to even the VIP pass holders.
Gaze across a sea of Cardboard Construction….
Mark Anderson making the Vault Showcase come to life!
We only had a half day on Wednesday to show things off, which means the best is yet to come, and Booth 850 is ready for the storm! We look forward to seeing many more of you at the show and be sure to keep up with us as the National heats up on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.
