i have never seen that card before to be honest.. i think it's subset, not even an insert card..

if he's rookie of the year, the product should be 93-94 Upper Deck..

I've got the whole base set; I'm currently in negotiation with Bill Gates to swap them all for Microsoft...

It's a Theme set within the base set of Upper Deck 93/94 Linn. Got the lot myself cause at one point I was going for the whole set of Upper Deck (some 500 odd cards back in the day!). Even the Michael Jordan ones wouldn't fetch $0.50
