It just seems fitting that Panini America’s wildly popular Prizm Basketball franchise arrives for the 2018-19 season on Wednesday, just one day before Thanksgiving. After all, you’d be hard-pressed to find one basketball product collectors are annually more thankful for than Prizm. It’s a juggernaut-level staple on the Panini America NBA roster and it looks ready to dazzle yet again this season with a rainbow array of colorful Prizm parallels (including the chase-worthy “Silvers”), rookie autographs, compelling inserts and more.
On average, each hobby box of 2018-19 Prizm Basketball (12 cards per pack, 12 packs per box, 12 boxes per case) will deliver two autographs and 22 Prizm parallels. Panini America officials spent much of the last two weeks packing this year’s product out, enabling us ample opportunity to capture some revealing imagery for the following Quality Control Gallery.
