With bowl season underway and all eyes looking toward the pivotal College Football Playoff matchups, Panini America is about to give the college trading card market a huge boost in the arm. On Wednesday in hobby shops across North America, the company’s highly anticipated 2015 Immaculate College release arrives. The product has received rave reviews thus far, both in preview galleries posted here on The Knight’s Lance and over the weekend with a few Sneak Peek breaks at selected local hobby shops.
Today, we’re cranking up the preview intensity with a Quality Control Gallery that details some of the gems that surfaced during the recent packout process. Of particular interest in the gallery below? The history-making first college basketball memorabilia card featuring late baseball Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn.
