One week from tomorrow, Panini America’s highly anticipated 2013 America’s Pastime Baseball releases to the hobby equipped to deliver one of the most diverse and memorable collecting experiences in recent memory. Each 10-card box of 2013 America’s Pastime includes one booklet card, three autographs and two memorabilia cards. More than that, though, the product offers a stirring tribute to the greatest baseball players of yesterday, today and tomorrow with designs and themes that are as vast and varied as the players they honor.
Over the course of the last week, Panini America Baseball brand developers have been busy putting this unique product through the Quality Control paces in advance of next week’s release. During that process, we were able to capture a wealth of images for the following gallery that allows collectors a quite comprehensive preliminary inspection.
Despite an unrivaled, generation-spanning checklist of superstars (relative newcomers such as Yasiel Puig and Bryce Harper, established stars such as Miguel Cabrera and David Ortiz, all-time legends such as Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio), America’s Pastime’s most striking features can be found in the spectacular array of booklet cards, the wealth of autograph and memorabilia content, and a diverse breadth of designs.
