I'm not sure if this is the earliest card featuring this icon, but it would have to go close.

It's a 1927 Wills Engineering Wonders Tobacco card of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Could it be the Harbour Bridge Rookie Card?

The bridge was finished 5 years after this card was released?

There are some very cool cards out there of some very early Australian icons etc......and most can be had very cheaply on places like COMC etc.
