Not really forsight, these kids were rivals before the draft was over a year earlier. The first Nuggets/Cavs game with Melo and Bron was built up bigger than Ali vs. Frazier. Forsight or smart marketing? Not sure if there's sarcasm there or not.

I'm pretty sure the NBA will see a Cavs/Nuggets Finals eventually, both players revitalised near dead franshises and could one day be the closest player vs player rivalry since Magic Johnson and Larry Bird.

But for now if things could just swing our way, that Bron/Melo Finals series will have to wait...

Denvers' Dahntay Jones has 4 PFs in the first quarter, and his backup has 2?

K-Mart has a suprising 10 points tho.

LA's going to rip em another one here if Denver can't get Melo or Billups on the board soon.

Melo has tried to come out hard like he did in the first game but has only managed 1 from 6 which is ordinary at best!!

As Scotty said those early fouls will hurt....GO LAKERS!!

At least JR is starting to get into the game. Denvder needs him and Birdman to fire up if melo and billups are having a quiet one.

- dantay jones already with 4 fouls after 1 qtr
- gasol already with 9 reb
- kobe 14 pts early on 4 from 7 shooting

early signs not good for denver but we know things can turn around very quickly if denver gets hot

Keliza has been HUGE off the bench for Denver!

Anyone know how Fisher is playing at the moment? Just looking at his statline, 14 mins, 0/2, 2 dimes & 3 personals.....

I'm sure Gasol will start producing soon, they're going to need him to.

Kobe cooled off too, only 14 at the half.

Hi long time lurker, first time poster..

I'd just like to say I'd really like the Nuggets to get this game. They really blew the last game and deserve to steal home court and I feel their home court at altitude is much more an advantage than in LA. Everyone expected the Lakers to sweep the Rockets and now they look set for another long series IF they pull it out.

So go Nuggets with a big fourth and this time get a BIG to inbound the ball!

So whats the deal with this Bynum guy? He hasn't done a thing all playoffs and was supposed to be pushing all star and the difference this year.
